We are looking for volunteers for 3 hour shifts throughout the festival.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- For security purposes, please make sure to bring a current photo ID with you to the volunteer check-in area.

- Volunteer positions are subject to be reassigned or be canceled based on the final event position needs. If this happens, we will do our best to reassign in a position closely related to your desired position.
The best time of year is Halloween because that means The Houston Zombie Walk will be putting on their annual Houston Halloween Festival! This year it will be taking place on Saturday, October 19, 2019, 5 pm to 10pm, on 19th Street in the Houston Heights. The festival will feature entertainment and activities for the entire family including live music acts on the Bud Light stage, beer gardens, artist and business vendors, food trucks, costume contests and kids activities for our youngest ghosts and ghouls. The kid’s area will include a face painting, magician & juggling performances, Halloween arts and crafts, kids cartoon characters, face painting, trick or treating and a kids costume contest. Children 11 and under may attend the event FREE as long as they are with a parent or guardian that has an event ticket. The festival provides a fun and safe community environment for Houston families to celebrate Halloween!
