EVE Vegas 2019 returns to the entertainment capital of the world as part of the EVE Online Invasion World Tour, but this time to a brand new location. This year’s EVE Vegas will take place at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in the center of the infamous Las Vegas Strip, 25 - 27 October 2019. This new home for the event is a big and newly renovated resort that features a casino, swimming pools and many on-site restaurants. Direct access to upscale shopping, dining, bars and concert venues at the LINQ promenade is provided.
Not only is EVE Vegas changing its resort location, but this year the notorious Saturday Night party will also get a new home, the luxurious Omnia Nightclub, located inside Caesars Palace. The three-level venue includes an outdoor terrace with a wide panoramic view of the Strip and is home to many of the best known DJs and artists in the world.
EVE Vegas, which started as a cozy player-run gathering back in 2006, has evolved into something much bigger in recent years and has solidified itself as the largest EVE gathering - being completely sold out in the last five years.
As in previous years, the program for EVE Vegas 2019 consists of developer and player presentations, live demos and tournaments and the legendary EVE Vegas party on Saturday night with a three-hour open bar at Omnia - all in celebration of the EVE universe and those who inhabit it. EVE VEGAS 2019 BADGE PICK-UP
For check-in and badge pickup, bring your ticket confirmation number and matching photo ID to the EVE Vegas check-in desk on the Flamingo conference area. Registration and ticket pickup will be available starting Thursday afternoon, October 24th, and will continue throughout each day of the event during program hours. CCP will not be mailing access passes to attendees.
Please note we run a NON-REFUND policy for the event. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns. You can transfer the ticket to another attendee, by submitting all necessary info through Eventbrite online ticket purchase service, up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
